The new approach to working with Hyundai odometer data. Mileage correction tool.
✔️ The mileage filter for freezing mileage count on Hyundai cars works on all models from 2014 and onwards;
✔️ The Hyundai speed filter is installed via the dashboard and it takes about 30 minutes;
✔️ It can be done on your own if you prefer;
✔️ Removing the filter will not affect the current mileage data.
Observations
On all Hyundai cars, the mileage that will be taken into account by the odometer will depend on the operative system of the speedometer arrow, so our device contains several programs:
- While the speedometer needle is running at 50% - 50% of the completed path will be stopped;
- While the speedometer needle is running at 25% - 75% of the completed path will be stopped;
- The mileage will be fully frozen when the speedometer arrow is inactive;
- Mode without filtering.
On Hyundai models from 2008 to 2015, the device can be installed via the OBD2 connector found on the car interior. When this connection is made, the speedometer arrow will not work, but the odometer data will be stopped.
