We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept refund requests based on the buyer's remorse or change of mind. You have thirty (30) days from the date of the original delivery to request a replacement or a refund.
To do so, contact us by email at help@mileagestopper.com or message us via WhatsApp or Telegram. Please provide your order reference number from the order confirmation email. If the replaced item does not perform as advertised, you are entitled to a refund.
Return Shipping
To return an item, we provide a return label and an invoice. The return label is prepaid. The invoice is part of the paperwork to ensure the item passes through customs.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We only refund the cost of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Conditions of Returns
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- To complete your return, we require your order reference number as proof of purchase.
- The returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in its original packaging.
- Please provide photographs (or videos) of the product, including the cable, connector, and jumper.
If you return a product (a) without prior mutual agreement via email at help@mileagestopper.com, WhatsApp, or Telegram, (b) without all parts included in the original package, (c) without the provided return label or invoice, or (d) with multiple unauthorized products in one return package, MileageStopper retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse a refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of receiving and verifying the returned product. You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's policies.
