We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We don’t accept refund requests based on the buyer's remorse or change of mind. You have thirty (30) days from the date of original delivery to request a replacement or a refund.
To do so, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us via WhatsApp. Please provide your order reference number included in the order confirmation email. If the replaced item does not perform as advertised, then you are eligible for a refund.
To return an item we provide a return label (UPS Express) and an invoice. The provided return label is prepaid. An invoice is part of the paperwork to ensure that the item will make it through the customs.
Conditions of Returns
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
— To complete your return, we require an order reference number as proof of purchase.
— Returned product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.
If you return a product (a) without the prior mutual agreement via email or text, (b) without all parts included in the original package, (c) without the provided shipping label or invoice, or (d) with multiple unauthorized products in one return package; MileageStopper retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse a refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of receipt and verification of the returned product. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
